The Ethnic Enrichment Festival is a one of a kind event that brings, entertainment, education, crafts and food from all corners of the world to a single location for a 3-day period.
What started as a one-day event in 1980 has grown in size and popularity to become one on of the region's best/favorite events.
There are no other events of the kind in the area that bring the same appeal that the festival does.
Running for over 40 years, this festival is one of the largest events of its kind in the country and is a great showcase of KC's diversity with over 50 countries represented.
It has set new attendance records year after year - over 50k attended in 2022!

The Mayor's Diplomatic Ball
The Diplomatic ball is one of KC's premier formal gatherings.
Attended by the mayor of KC this black tie/traditional attire event is a formal celebration of Kansas City’s various communities.
